You know what they say about Marmite… You either love it or hate it. If you’re a Marmite lover, we have a new flavour we think you’re going to be into. As long as you like your food on the spicier side.

Marmite Dynamite is the latest offering from the guys who make the iconic spread. The new flavour combines Marmite with chilli, and it promises to be an “explosion of flavour”.

Unilever (the company that makes Marmite) says Marmite fans had been experimenting with chilli and Marmite combinations on social media for while now, so the brand wanted to “give the people what they want”, as it did with the first Marmite Peanut Butter launch in 2019.

Dynamite Marmite is set to launch on 7 February for a limited six-month period, and it’s exclusive to Sainsbury’s. A jar will set you back £3.99.

If you’re as big a fan of Marmite as you say you are, does spicy Marmite slathered on cheese and Marmite hot cross buns sound? M&S has launched the wildly exciting hot cross buns recently, and we think they’d be delicious with tonnes of butter and this new Marmite.

They’re available now in M&S stores, and a pack of four Cheese Hot Cross Buns & Marmite will set you back £1.65 or you can buy two packs for £2.50.
