Marks & Spencer's unusual cheesy Mother's Day gift has our mouths watering
Mother's Day is just over a week away, and if you still haven't got your mum a special gift, this could be your lucky day...
Potentially one of the best prezzies we've seen out there this year, Marks & Spencer has released a cheesy gift (sorry) for the special day, bringing back its sell-out sweet chilli Camembert and a special loaf of bread to go with it.
The delicious Camembert was a sell-out hit last Christmas, with the retailer bringing it back this month as a special treat for mums everywhere.
Irresistibly gooey, the cheese comes with a sweet chilli glaze, and is ready-to-bake in a quick and easy foil tray.
If that wasn't enough, M&S pulled it out of the bag even more by releasing a special bread to dunk in the Camembert.
The special sourdough loaf is crunchy on the outside and tangy and light on the inside, winning us over with the word 'mum' hand-dusted on the top – clever, eh?
While the foodie combo is guaranteed to make mum (or anyone) very happy, the best news is that the Camembert and sourdough loaf are only £3.50 and £2, respectively.
Just in time for a spot of pre-Mother's Day weekend indulgence, the sweet chilli Camembert is available in stores now, with the bread hitting shelves on 24 March.
Speaking about the unusual gift combo, M&S product developer, Sadia Usman, said: 'This Mother’s Day think outside the box for that perfect gift for mum. Chocolate and flowers are great, but why not treat her to something out of the ordinary with our original Mum sourdough loaf.
