I was today years old when I realised that Mariah Carey's initials "MC" are the same as "Merry Christmas!" It seems that it wasn't Mariah who chose to be Hollywood's Queen of Christmas, but it was long written in the stars. Although the US gets much of Mariah's attention over the holiday season, the songbird supreme gave her London Lambs a festive treat by taking over the intercom on the London Underground.

"Hi Dahlings, It's Mariah!" the announcement begins. "Make my wish come true and please stand behind the yellow line at all times. Proceed with caution! And don't forget to ask Alexa to play 'All I Want for Christmas' on Amazon Music". Whether or not you're a Mariah fan, her cheerful voice is sure to surprise and excite Londoners while safely shopping for loved ones. But if you're a dedicated Lamb, you might have picked up on Mariah saying "Proceed with Caution!" that references the title track "Caution" from her fifteenth studio album of the same name Caution (2018).
