Mariah Carey's new Christmas single just dropped and her adorable twins are in the video

Christmas is officially approaching, and we've had confirmation from the Queen of Christmas herself that it's time to start celebrating. Mariah Carey just released her latest Christmas single Fall in Love at Christmas, arriving on streaming platforms this over the weekend.

The new track that features Khalid and Kirk Franklin, and makes for the perfect romantic anthem to blast from now until New Year's Eve.

The music video shows Mariah and Khalid sitting in The Butterfly Lounge, singing and harmonising with each other, sleigh bells begin to sound, a gospel choir appears and within a split second we're all transported into a festive wonderland full to the brim with mellow harmonies and whistle tones. Mariah's adorable twins Moroccan & Monroe even make an appearance.

Fans were quick to comment on the official music video, while others flooded Twitter and even more took to Instagram.

One said: "Mariah Careys capability to adapt with the times while staying true to her original sound is a true testament to her longevity."

Another penned: "The queen just gave us: gospel, whistle notes, looks and saved Christmas already in just 5 minutes 🔥✨🌲"

Twitter was abuzz after the release of everybody's new favourite festive track, with one fan writing; "Thank you so much for that Mariah, I was so excited and this song surpassed all my expectations, your voice came from heaven and it's an honor to be able to appreciate your music and be thrilled to see you sing like that, it's so magical."

While fans nostalgia was ignited by Mariah re-wearing her iconic 90's basketball jersey dress, others delighted at seeing her sweet family moments with her kids.

Yep, we're going to have this new track on repeat until NYE. And we have no shame.
