Yes, we are officially in ‘big coat’ season now, but that sure as Hell won’t be stopping me trying the new orange chocolate Magnum ice creams.
Yeah – you heard right: Magnum has launched an ice cream stick inspired by the orange chocolate OG, Terry’s Chocolate Orange.
Seeing as 2020 has officially been sponsored by zesty, citrusy chocolate so far, it seems crazy for Magnum not to get involved too, and we’re chuffed that they did.
The ice creams consist of a “sumptuous” outer-layer of signature Magnum cracking milk chocolate, with a “velvety” orange flavoured ice cream.
Lovely use of adjectives there, Magnum.
Magnum adds, “With a tantalising tension between rich cocoa beans and fresh citrus notes, Magnum invites pleasure seekers and chocolate orange lovers alike to enjoy the authentic pleasure of Magnum in an indulgent miniature.”
Magnum Mini Chocolate & Orange ice creams are available now in Tesco and in all other major retailers nationally from October 2020 at an RRP of £3.89 for a six-pack.
This exciting orange chocolate ice cream news comes after Cornetto also released a zesty version of its ice creams recently.
These feature an orange chocolate ice cream, complete with a chocolate wafer cone and chocolate coating.
We first heard about these when @helenjtea shared a post on Instagram; saying, “The flavour of the chocolate in this is quite dark which paired nicely with the sweetness from the chocolate orange ice cream and vanilla. Reckon this is limited edition for Christmas so don’t wait until summer to try.”
You heard the woman – get to it!
