When it comes to perfect pairings, the success rate on Married At First Sight Australia isn't exactly solid. Without sharing too many spoilers for MAFS Australia season six, there are definitely more disaster stories than there are success stories.

But there has been one couple going strong from the very start of the experiment, and that's Cam Merchant and Jules Robinson. An ideal match, they were clearly smitten from the moment they met on their wedding day.

However, Jessika Power has her own theory about why they're such a great match. Brace yourselves, it's wild one: she's claimed the pair were together before they started filming the series.

"There’s no way you’re going to meet a complete stranger, do everything that we did, and completely love that person, every aspect," Jessika told Metro.co.uk.

"They never had one fight, they never had one disagreement, they never had anything. My conspiracy theory is that they were together before the show," she added.

Jessika went on to claim that Channel Nine were in need of at least one success story on the show, so planted a couple already together.

Of course, this is completely untrue and Cam and Jules met for the first time on their wedding day, just like Jessika and Mick and the rest of the couples. A spokesperson for the couple told the publication: "I can confirm that Cam and Jules had never met before and all contestants genuinely took part in the experiment as strangers."

So there you have it. No conspiracy theory, just one pairing the panel managed to get completely right.
