Madonna looks ageless as she steps out in risqué outfit at a Fashion Week afterparty
Madonna looked sensational as she left the Dolce & Gabbana after party in Milan earlier this weekend. The Vogue singer, 66, attended the brand’s Spring Summer 2025 show at Milan Fashion Week on Saturday, 21 September alongside the likes of Naomi Campbell and Ashley Graham, with her entrance prompting a spontaneous standing ovation from the crowd.
Having sported a beautiful black lace veil and a gold crown for the fashion show, Madonna changed into a second outfit for the Dolce & Gabbana after party. As she made her way through a crowd, the Material Girl singer could be seen wearing a white fitted dress which she layered with a black lace corset belt and pair of black fishnet tights.
To finish off the jaw-dropping look, Madonna wore some trendy sheer black gloves, a pair of knee-high black stiletto boots and a black veil. She also wore a stunning necklace around her neck.

Madonna’s outing comes a year after she was admitted to intensive care for several days. As a result of the stay, she was forced to postpone her tour, which had been due to begin in Canada in July 2023.
During the opening night of her Celebration Tour in London later on in the year, she opened up about her health scare, and thanked her children for “saving her”. As she took to the stage at the O2 arena for the opening night, the singer revealed: “It was a crazy year for me as well and I didn’t think I was going to make it, neither did my doctors…”
She added: “I forgot five days of my life, or my death, I don’t really know where I was. But the angels were protecting me and my children were there, and my children always save me every time.”
Meanwhile, during a later show in Brooklyn, New York in December, Madonna gave further details about the experience. As she spoke to the crowd, the Material Girl singer explained that lung and kidney failure caused her to pass out on her bathroom floor. "There are some very important people in the room tonight that were with me at the hospital," she said.
As she carried on with the show, Madonna paid tribute to those who had helped her during the difficult time. "There's one very important woman who dragged me to the hospital. I don't even remember; I passed out on my bathroom floor and woke up in the ICU... I was in an induced coma for 48 hours. She saved my life. Thank you, Shavawn," she added.
The star also went on to pay tribute to her Kabbalah teacher, explaining that his was "the only voice I heard" while she was in the coma. "I heard him say, 'Squeeze my hand.'" She continued: "When I first became conscious and I saw my six incredible children sitting around me - by the way, I had to almost die to get all my kids in one room."
