Madonna shared the post on IG to announce the upcoming release of her next song and music video on IG: 'Frozen Remix song and video featuring @fireboydml. 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬 🔥 🔥🔥,' she wrote. 'Music drops March 3rd………👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. Video soon after! ❄️🥶❄️🎥 🎬 #frozen.'
With the caption came a few photos of Madonna posing in fishnet tights and a black, barely-there jumpsuit. And, her sculpted booty is the star of the post.

So, what's Madonna's secret to a toned tush? For starters, her trainer Craig Smith revealed that she's in the gym around six days a week for at least 30 minutes at a time. 'I vary the workouts every single day,' he told Daily Mail Australia. 'She does a combination of circuit training, interval training, and resistance training. Dance is obviously a huge part of that.'
Madonna also sweats it out via boxing, martial arts, and yoga sessions, Smith added. But 'her favourite workout is something that’s all-inclusive of cardio . . . focusing on combining all the elements from upper body, lower body and core.'

When it comes to food, Madonna follows the macrobiotic diet, Women's Health Australia reported. It's mostly vegetarian, although it can include vegan meals, and emphasises eating whole fruits and veggies. (Ariana Grande also eats a similar diet, according to her trainer Harley Pasternak.)
