M&S shared the most perfect New Years Eve dessert recipe on Instagram and we can't wait to try it. The supermarket has used its new rosé prosecco to create a delicious sounding and thoroughly grown-up boozy pud.
Using the dried rose and raspberry 'pink up your drink' mix, and some tasty mixed berries, pick out your prettiest glasses for this glamorous prosecco jelly and enjoy a total party classic that's certainly not for children.
The brand shared a snap of the jelly to Instagram with the caption: "Are you ready for this jelly? Try our easy idea for a fruity jelly made with our prosecco rosé – it makes a lovely NYE pud."
And we have to agree.

135g Raspberry jelly cubes
1-2 tsp 'Pink up your drink'
475ml Prosecco rosé
200g mixed frozen berries
Put the jelly cubes in a jug. Add the 'pink up your drink' to 100ml boiling water, pour this over the jelly and stir until the jelly has dissolved. Cool, then slowly stir in the prosecco.
Divide the fruit between 6 x 150ml pretty glasses, then pour some of the jelly into each, to just cover the fruit. Cover and chill until the surface is just set- this holds the fruit in place, so it doesn't float to the surface.
Top up with the remaining jelly, cover and chill until set.
