Sunday roasts are a ritual we all love, but there's no denying making one takes a lot of time, effort, and washing up. Eating a roast at the pub is a lovely Sunday activity too, but if you're saving the pennies or can't bear to leave your sofa, M&S is here to save the day.

M&S has just released a brand new Roast Deal Dine In, where you can pick up a roast main and three sides to serve two for just £10. And being M&S, the options you get to choose from are seriously gourmet.

Let's start with the main event, the centrepieces.

There's a classic salt and pepper sprinkle boneless butter basted chicken joint, a beef joint, a honey glaze boneless gammon, pork, sage and onion stuffed chicken and even a rotisserie chicken. No veggie or vegan option yet from M&S, but watch this space.

For sides, you get to choose three! In terms of potatoes, you can choose either goose fat roast potatoes or buttery mash. For veg, there's roasted parsnips, carrot and swede crush, layered classic veg, cabbage medley, tenderstem broccoli, Boston beans, and butternut squash with mixed vegetables.

Then you've got either chicken or beef gravy, pigs in blankets (outside of Christmas! what a treat), sage and onion stuffing and - of course - beef dripping Yorkshire puddings.

While it is pretty disappointing that there's no vegetarian option, we have to admit, it does all sound pretty tasty.

You'll have to be quick to grab the deal, as it's only available until Tuesday 28th February! Let's hope this one finds a more permanent home in M&S Foodhalls...
