2020 is the year that brought us the Quarantini and had us all practicing our mixologist skills. If you're looking to stock up your at home cocktail making tool kit this winter — a good idea given that we may be spending more time at home this year — M&S' liqueur range has all the bar staples you'll need at very reasonable prices.

Catching our eye are two very festive looking brandy liqueurs, a classic and sweet Cherry Brandy Liqueur and a citrusy Orange Brandy Liqueur.

They look so perfect for delicious Christmas cocktails, with a heavy dash of nostalgia but perfect for retro and modern cocktails alike.

There's also coffee liqueur for the espresso martini fans as well as Creme de Cassis, Elderflower Liqueur and the festive Salted Caramel Brownie Cream Liqueur among others.

The supermarket shared a delicious sounding orange Brandy Martini Recipe mixing 50ml vodka with 25ml dry vermouth, 25ml orange brandy liqueur and a Dash of orange bitters. Instructing to then shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice before pouring into 2 chilled martini glasses and garnishing with an orange wheel.

Once you start building up your cocktail recipe kit essentials, you'll have the ingredients to hand to start whipping up any cocktails you like with new spirits and liqueurs that you want to try.
