M&S has launched a range of stunning light-up Christmas treats with light-up chocolate boxes and biscuit tins.

The retailer revealed a stunning box of house-shaped chocolates encased in a magical light up box. The inside of the box depicts a quiet village scene on a starry Christmas night with the sky illuminated by lights set within the lid.

The show-stopping box includes dusted, milk, white, dark and even golden blonde chocolate houses to sink your teeth into. The varied selection as well as gorgeous presentation would make it an ideal gift for Christmas this year.

M&S didn’t stop there, as it also unveiled its Shortbread Light-Up Houses. The 3D biscuit tins look like shiny, festive townhouses and feature cut out windows with light up with a merry glow.

The houses contain all-butter shortbread and are available in gold, silver and bronze for just £5. The biscuit tins are so lovely you could easily reuse them as decorations for the mantlepiece to enhance your Christmas scene-setting.

M&S is known for its impressive festive offerings such as last year’s stunning snow globe gin, featuring glittery snow in a decorative bottle. The bottles are back again this year but this time in three colours which (you guessed it) light up.

The flavours for this year are Spiced Sugar Plum, Madagascan Vanilla Rum Liqueur and last year’s original favourite, the Clementine Gin Liqueur.
