Lynda Bellingham's sons to get 'less than £50,000' inheritance each as £5million goes to Michael Pattemore

Lynda Bellingham’s sons have once again spoken out against their stepdad Michael Pattemore, with Michael and Robbie Peluso saying that they will get just £50,000 inheritance each, with the rest of their mother’s £5million estate going to him.

The two men have been embroiled in an inheritance row with Michael since their mother passed away in 2014.

Just last week Michael, who was married to Lynda from 2008 until her death, claimed that he had given her sons a £750,000 flat, which they will receive a monthly income on as it is currently being rented out.

However, Michael and Robbie have hit back, saying: “The flat has a £576,000 mortgage on it. Under the terms of the agreement, we have to sell it within two years. We aren’t allowed to live in it.

“It has tenants until next July and when we sell it, we have to pay Pattemore’s £30,000 capital gains tax. We owe our lawyers £60,000, so we’re looking at walking away with less than £50,000 each.

“But this was never about the money – it’s about the fact that our mum trusted him to look after us, and that hasn’t happened. At least we’re finally nearer to the point where we can have nothing more to do with him.”

Addressing Michael’s claims that he’d been through “18 months of hell”, Lynda’s sons continued: “It’s a kick in the teeth hearing about his hell when he’s sitting on around £5 million of property, much of which was bought with our mum’s money.

“None of Mum’s friends or family will speak to him now.”

Lynda left her entire estate to her husband in her will, however, Michael and Robbie previously said that their mother was not of sound mind when she wrote it.

Robbie explained at the time: “At the moment, it’s difficult to say because we’re not actually challenging the validity of the will as such.

“She’s made that decision [to leave everything in her will to Michael] and for all intents and purposes she’s signed that will regardless of the fact that she may have been under a lot of medication.

“She was rushed into hospital on the 13th December because her colon burst and she was given a 50/50 chance of coming out of that surgery.

“Within less than two weeks she’s signing a new will when you’ve just been told you’ve got a 50/50 chance of dying. She went onto live until October.”

Lynda’s Loose Women co-star, Nadia Sawalha, previously spoke out against Michael’s behaviour, saying on the show: “This story really upsets me.

“I used to know Lynda very well and I used to look after the boys when they were younger and she adored those children.”
