Love Island's Theo Campbell has welcomed a baby boy

  • Writing on Instagram, the Love Island star introduced his son to the world for the first time and revealed his name.

Love Island star Theo Campbell is a dad! Revealing the exciting news on Instagram last night, Theo posted the first picture of his baby boy and shared his adorable name with fans.

In a lengthy caption alongside a snap of him leaving the hospital with his son, Theo said it was refreshing to be able to keep the baby news under wraps for so long after living out the last four years in the public eye following his stint on Love Island.

"Dam, my replacement is here 👶🏽 21 hours later and he’s here. I can’t believe the joy I had looking into the eyes of my baby boy ❤️. I only told a few friends and family so for most people will be massive surprise seeing this 😄 . Over the past 4 years having a private life isn’t really a thing so being able to keep this private has been so nice," Theo wrote.

He also heaped praise on Aries' mum, influencer Sapphire Yhnell, in his post. "Massive well done to his mum as-well, the process of having a baby is crazy I literally didn’t have a clue how strong a woman has to be to go through this! Aries Campbell 07/02/2021 ❤️ #minime #daddy."

Theo was linked to the likes of Amber Davies, Olivia Attwood and Tyla Carr while on Love Island, and started dating 2018 contestant Kas Crossley in July 2019. The pair called it quits in early 2020 and, while neither of them publicly addressed the break up, he later opened up about the split in an interview with FUBAR Radio.

"I don’t wanna say too much but I’m gonna say, people these days and love these days, it’s confusing. It’s a tricky hard world. I feel like with us, I kinda gave it my everything and it feels a bit underappreciated.

"It’s a bit crazy at the moment. I don’t know what to call it. What’s the right way to say it? I got slinged! I don’t know what to call it," he added.

It has also had a tremendous impact on so many businesses,” the brand wrote. “At BECCA, an accumulation of challenges, together with the global impact of COVID-19, has sadly been more than our business can withstand, and we have had to make the heartbreaking decision to close down the BECCA brand at the end of September 2021.” Becca has worked with various mental health organisations over the years, and pledged to continue throughout the rest of its tenure. “We’ve done meaningful work supporting mental wellness with the JED Foundation and Mental Health Mates and will continue to do so through our commitment to The Trevor Project this coming June,” the statement reads. According to the brand, Becca products will be available to purchase online until the end of September 2021 or until they sell out, but “the brand will ultimately be shut down permanently.” Fans sent an outpour of love to the brand and its employees in the comments on social media. “Very sad to see you go. Lovely highlighters, under-eye corrector, and lipsticks,” one Instagram user wrote. “This is so sad. I am such a fan since day one of everything you do, and it’s heartbreaking to see Becca go.
