The 22-year-old quickly became a fan favourite over the summer when she appeared on 2021's Love Island, despite not finding long-lasting love with partner Jake Cornish, and voluntarily leaving the show just a few days before the final.
Luckily, she's got plenty to keep her busy. As well as entertaining her 1.5 million Instagram followers, and collaborating with In The Style for her own fashion line, Liberty will be joining a host of other celebrities when ITV's Dancing on Ice returns to screens in the new year.
Liberty took to Instagram on Wednesday (6 October) to share the exciting news. In her post, she told fans: "I’m going to be learning to dance… on ice! Wish me luck! So excited to join the show that I’ve loved watching for years."
In a statement about the show, she added "I grew up watching Dancing On Ice and my mum actually used to be a figure skater. I ice skate as a hobby sometimes so I can get around the rink but I can't do any tricks, no pirouetting or anything so I'm really looking forward to pushing myself and learning as much as I possibly can."
Liberty's not the first former Love Islander to compete on the hit ice skating show. Last year, Maura Higgins competed with partner Alexander Demetriou, but was eliminated in week seven.
Other celebrities who've signed up for the 2022 series are S Club 7's Rachel Stevens and former Strictly Come Dancing professional Brendan Cole.
We. Can't. Wait.
