Love Island has been hit with more Ofcom complaints following Thursday night's expectedly dramatic recoupling, which saw Callum return from Casa Amor with Molly, leaving Shaughna single.

After 35 complaints over Callum's behaviour had already been sent to the broadcasting regulator Ofcom on Wednesday, a further 65 were submitted after Thursday's recoupling. Most of the complaints were over the drama between Callum Jones, Molly Smith and Shaughna Phillips, Ofcom have confirmed to Metro.

While fans have been praising Shaughna's composure when Callum walked into the villa with Molly, others have said that the turmoil Casa Amor puts contestants through is unfair, with even former Islander Connor Durman calling Casa Amor "savage".

Shaughna wasn't alone in being mugged off by Casa Amor, with Nas Majeed also recoupling with Eva Zapico while away from the villa, leaving Demi Jones single.

The recoupling also saw Paige Turley and Finn Tapp stay together, as well as Siannise Fudge and Luke Trotman. Meanwhile a single Rebecca Gormley coupled up with Jordan Waobikeze, and Mike Boateng returned to the villa with Priscilla Anyabu.

Jess Gale and Luke Mabbott also opted for new partners, with Jess recoupling with Ched Uuzor and Luke returning with Natalia Zoppa. We can always count on Casa Amor to provide the dramz, and once again it delivered.

With Shaughna obviously hurt by Callum's decision to recouple with Molly, tonight's episode will see producers send Molly and Shaughna for a chat to talk it through. A preview clip revealed Shaughna saying "Well, this is awkward isn't it" as the two girls head for a chat. We just hope Shaughna doesn't shed any more tears.
