The Love Island girls gave Liberty the sweetest gift when she left the villa
Former Love Islander Liberty Poole has revealed the sweet gift the girls gave her to replace her bracelet from ex-boyfriend Jake Cornish when she decided to leave the villa.
Speaking in a Q&A session with fans on her Instagram Story, Liberty admitted she gave Jake's bracelet back to him. To recap, just a few weeks into the series Jake asked Liberty to be his girlfriend, gifting her a matching magnetic bracelet for them both to wear.
But, fast forward a few weeks and their relationship hit the rocks after the fall out from the Movie Night challenge. The couple decided to call it quits, eventually leaving the villa shortly before the final.
Naturally, fans wondered what happened to the bracelet after the couple split, especially since Liberty was spotted wearing something similar when she quit the show.
"I gave the bracelet back to Jake that he bought me," she said in the Q&A.
She continued: "The bracelet that I actually walked out with in the villa, which [you've] obviously seen photos with me [wearing], was actually one the girls had given me up in the changing room. It was sort of like a memory thing so that was like cute, and I've still got it."
Since leaving the villa, Liberty has also opened up about whether she thinks Jake was playing a game, and what really happened between her and Hugo during those rumoured secret chats.
