Things kicked off in a big way on last night's Love Island with the brutal News Splash challenge. The Islanders were given headlines and had to guess who they were about, with one causing some major drama between the first official Love Island couple, Paige Turley and Finley Tapp.

Paige was left fuming after a headline was read out which suggested Finn's head had been turned in Casa Amor.

'Casa Amor causes Callum, Finn, and Nas' head to turn on tonight's Love Island,' the headline read, which was apparently referencing when he spoke to Natalia in the trailer for the very first Casa Amor episode. Of course, fans know Finn actually stayed loyal to Paige the entire time he was in the second villa.

Since the scenes aired, fans have been flocking to Twitter to call out the producers for causing unnecessary drama by featuring the headline, particularly as they're one of the strongest couples in the villa.

"The producers of Love Island are blatantly trying to break up Finn and Paige wow," one viewer tweeted, while a second said, "That was some unnecessary major league sh*t stirring by @LoveIsland producers."

"Why are #LoveIsland producers doing Paige & Finn dirty like that!! He slept outside with bugs and wallace the cat," wrote a third.

The teaser for tonight's episode showed the pair arguing by the fire pit, with Finn telling his girlfriend: "I have not done one thing in Casa Amor that I regret."

But Paige didn't seem convinced, firing back: "The headline, in black and white, tells me different!"

Here's hoping they sort things out.
