Spending time in Love Island's Hideaway is usually a sign of a blossoming villa romance, but that definitely wasn't the case when it came to Love Island Australia contestants Millie and Elias. In scenes that aired last night [Thursday], the pair got to spend the night together, but it ended with Millie declaring "now I wouldn't touch Elias with a ten-foot pole".

"There is romance there but I get weird with romance," Millie revealed in the Beach Hut after their night together, before she questioned their relationship to Tayla in the garden. Meanwhile, Elias admitted it was awkward when they left the Hideaway together, but he was still open to see where it could go.

"I feel like this morning was little bit awkward. We didn't spend the morning together - as soon as we got out of there, we split," he said. "It was a big leap from where we were, so perhaps we need to let things settle a bit and get back to our playful nature."

But things only ended up getting worse when Tayla started talking about one of her friends who Elias had dated in the past. When Tayla revealed she's now single, Elias replied, "What? I’m totally going to hit her up when I get back."

Millie, who was sat right next to them, is left furious and goes to vent in the Beach Hut. "Why are you here? It’s just so frustrating that he even thinks he can say that around me," she said. "It’s just a waste of my time."

While speaking to the rest of the group, she tells them: "I'm so glad nothing happened in the Hideaway."

"Millie, that was a blessing in disguise," Tayla tells her.

Back in the Beach Hut, Millie says: "I'm so frustrated. Like, don't make me look like an idiot. You came and took me to the Hideaway, you came and kissed me in the game, so please tell me where I'm going wrong in believing that there is actually a connection happening here. Now I wouldn't touch Elias with a ten-foot pole."

After the scenes played out, viewers hopped on Twitter to share their thoughts and needless to say they're happy that Millie's done with him.

This comes just a day after John James dramatically quit the villa after failing to make a connection with any of the girls. So much drama.
