Louise Redknapp took us way back to 1997 as she unearthed a gorgeous photo of herself at the Brit Awards sporting curly hair as she prepared to give out an award with Gary Barlow.

The former Strictly star and Take That's Gary looked very youthful in photos, with fans complimenting the star's corkscrew curls and pointing out that she looked just like Jennifer Grey from Dirty Dancing.

"Throwing it back to the Brit Awards...," Louise captioned her photo. "Please can you all remind me to NEVER wear my hair like this again to the Brits!"

However, fans were loving the singer's '90s' hairstyle and rushed to praise her 'do.

"To be honest you look really nice Louise, and in this picture I think you look so much like Babe from Dirty Dancing," one fan commented.

"Omg! This is beautiful and I remember this," another added.

While Louise may have been cringing about her curly 'do, we think her hair looks fab!

Louise also took to Instagram to thank fans for their support after opening up about the challenges she faced following her divorce from Jamie Redknapp, with whom she has two sons. Louise discusses their separation in her autobiography You’ve Got This.

"I wanted to touch base and thank you all, for all the messages I’ve received today," Louise wrote on Instagram. "You’ve Got This is by no means a tell all autobiography, but I do talk about many different aspects of my life - some good, some bad and other lessons I have learnt along the way.

"I really do hope this book will help, empower and bring some sort of light to anybody who has been or is going through something that hasn’t been easy. It is very difficult opening up as there is so much judgement, lack of compassion and nasty comments in the world today but the one thing I’ve learnt over the last few years is that kindness really can go a long way! So to all of you that have reached out to me today thank you I will reply to as many of you as I can... you’ve all got this!"

Louise's book You've Got This: And Other Things I Wish I Had Known will be released on March 4th.
