- You step up. And literally just feel-- see how you feel. Go up about that height.

LORRAINE KELLY: OK.

- So you're going to put your left leg in there.

LORRAINE KELLY: I can do this. Whoa.

- That's fine. He's blowing his nose.

LORRAINE KELLY: OK. One, two. I want to do it, and my body's not letting me. Do you know what I mean? I really do.

- Just stop a minute then.

LORRAINE KELLY: OK.

- Just stop. Don't rush. We actually went at her speed but just encouraged her all the way, kind of giving her kind of a very whirlwind of horsemanship, kind of how he was reacting, or not reacting, really, and how calm and relaxing it was despite Lorraine being understandably very upset and emotional, really.

LORRAINE KELLY: OK.

LORRAINE KELLY: Hello. Oh, goodness me.

- You're-- that's amazing.

LORRAINE KELLY: That is-- that is actually-- I never thought I would, not in a million years, never thought I would do this. Goodness me.

- You're going to have me crying in a minute.

LORRAINE KELLY: No, don't.
