In a joint post on social media, Transport for London (TfL) and the Royal Family shared a preview of the announcement.
"My wife and I wish you and your families a wonderful coronation weekend," The King can be heard saying, before The Queen Consort adds, "Wherever you are travelling, we hope you are safe and have a pleasant journey."
The message ends with King Charles delivering the iconic tube announcement, "and remember, please mind the gap."
In the post, TfL confirmed that the message will be heard across its network and that of network rail over the coming weekend.
The Prince and Princess of Wales took a trip a trip on the underground this week, testing out the newest addition to the network, the Elizabeth Line. The line was named in honour of Queen Elizabeth II and its official opening honoured her Platinum Jubilee year.
Videos shared to the couple's official social media show the pair walking along the platform and joining a carriage, before sitting and chatting with other passengers.
The Prince and Princess of Wales travelled around central London meeting local people and businesses.
During their visit, Prince William and Kate stopped in at the Dog and Duck pub in Soho and had a go at pulling pints behind the bar. For the visit, Kate wore a stunning coat in poppy red over a white skirt.
