If you spend as much time trawling Line of Duty theories as we do, you'll know that fans don't agree on much. Some think Kate is too clean and therefore must be bent, others think Hastings is hiding behind the funny quips and is clearly masterminding the whole thing, while some are certain that Dot isn't actually dead and is still involved somehow. The theories are endless, but there's one thing about last night's episode that fans absolutely do agree on.

The episode (S6E6) began where the previous week's cliffhanger left off: with AC-12 arriving at the scene of the shoot-out to find Ryan dead from gunshot wounds with Kate and Jo having fled.

The pair head to Steve's apartment where Kate 'borrows' Steve's new car and she and Jo head off on their way to the Kingsgate print shop, which was an OCG front back in series five. Jo insists that there Kate will find evidence that she isn't bent, while Kate tried to persuade her to turn informant on the OCG.

However, the plan eventually all goes wrong when the pair are apprehended by a very smug Carmichael and are arrested after another tense stand-off. And here's where - after years of disagreements - fans all stated saying the same thing: praising Anna Maxwell Martin (Carmichael), Vicky McClure (Fleming) and Kelly Macdonald (Davidson) for their incredible performances.

Ever since she reappeared in episode five, lots of fans have been discussing whether or not Carmichael could be the elusive 'H' we've been searching for all this time, with many of them saying that she gave herself away during last night's instalment.

We're still trying to untangle all the possible theories but we do have to admit Carmichael does seem a bit dodgy doesn't she?
