While the likes of Emily Blunt and John Krasinski gained their title of Hollywood's finest after 10 years of marriage, Lily Allen and David Harbour are quickly becoming one of our favourite celebrity couples. The pair were first linked in late 2019, and have been treating fans to an insight into their relationship ever since.

Here's a look back at some of their most notable moments, from their first red carpet appearance to ~those~ engagement rumours.

David said the sweetest thing about looking after Lily's children and honestly, it's enough to make anyone weep. Speaking on The Ellen Show (via MailOnline), the Stranger Things actor said,'I never really wanted to have kids. And I get it now, why everybody has kids.

'Because it's kind of like the meaning of life, you pass the torch to these other individuals. It's such a beautiful thing. My heart is just broken wide open and I have a new love I never had.'

He continued, 'They crawl all over me, they make it their job to try to hurt me as much as they can. My lower back is destroyed!'

Lily has two daughters with her ex-husband - Marnie, 8, and Ethel, 9. So sweet!

And here's the rest of Lily Allen and David Harbour's relationship timeline...

Lily sparks engagement rumours with a massive ring on her wedding finger, which you'd be forgiven for not seeing at first glance (y'know, because she's naked.) Fans flood the comment section of her Instagram with ring emojis, while speculation they're planning to get married is RIFE.

Lily celebrated her 35th birthday in isolation, too, sharing a video of the special day on Instagram. In it, David can be seen walking around in a dressing gown, while Lily's daughters dance around at the front. Cute but also hilarious.

Ahh, these two. Any confirmation on those engagement rumours, guys?

June 29, 2020: Lily and David add fuel to those engagement rumours with a telling Instagram snap. The couple, who have been isolating together, visited pal Miquita Oliver’s mum Andi Oliver at her Caribbean Wadadli kitchen in East London. After picking up their takeaway they posed for a picture, with Lily sitting on David's lap as they cuddled up to one another.

'Little family roll through from my babes,' the story was captioned.

27th July, 2020: The Lily and David engagement rumours just won't quit, and we're absolutely not mad about it. While on a solo trip to Capri (snaps for the solo-cation, Lily), Lily posts a picture of herself sunbathing with a gigantic rock on her ring finger clearly visible. This is the same ring we've seen before, back in April, and the one that started the engagement rumours. The continued (and very large) presence of the ring is really adding weight to the theory, with fans quickly taking to the comment section to ask if the pair are engaged.

September 8, 2020: Huge, colossal news this morning, as according to records, Lily and David have acquired a marriage license in Las Vegas, giving them one year to get married.

Rumours of an engagement between the two have been going for months, since Lily posted a picture to Instagram in April showing her wearing what appeared to be a huge engagement ring on her ring finger. Neither Lily nor David have commented on the rumours, but according to public records obtained by TMZ the couple acquired a Las Vegas marriage license on Monday 7th September, giving them a year in which to get married before it expires.

Although there is also the possibility that the couple got married the same day the license was obtained, and have yet to file their marriage certificate. But that would be quite the speedy turnaround if so...

September 9, 2020: Surprise! After an outrageous amount of speculation, the lovely Lily Allen has confirmed she’s married to Stranger Things star David Harbour. Doing a ‘Sophie and Joe’, the pair went to Las Vegas to tie the knot and were married at the Graceland Wedding Chapel in a small ceremony led by an Elvis impersonator.

The singer shared a series of photos from the wedding on Instagram and, honestly, they couldn't look any happier. Following the ceremony, the pair headed along to In-N-Out for burgers, which sounds a lot like our dream wedding to be fair.

While they opted out of a traditional ceremony, Lily still made sure she looked the part in an absolutely stunning Dior dress.

October 12, 2020: It's been just over a month since Lily Allen and Stranger ThingsDavid Harbour tied the knot in a surprise ceremony in Las Vegas (and gave us some very adorable pictures of the day), and so far, the pair really have cemented themselves as everyone's favourite famous couple. Leading up to the big day, they spent the summer posting family pictures and doing lots of holidaying. Now, they've apparently got even cuter, with Lily posting a picture to Instagram showing her carrying a bag embroidered with the words 'Mrs H,' as in, Mrs Harbour. Sweet.

Numerous fans spotted the bag and left their support in the comments section on the picture. One follower wrote 'Mrs H 🖤😍 ,' while another commented 'Mrs H hell yah.'

Lily and David have been married for six months and we're still none-the-wiser about how the relationship actually started. So, Lily helpfully answered some of those burning questions during an Instagram Q&A, including how she and David first met.

The whole thing started off with a question about whether Lily had ever had any cosmetic procedures, and she explained that she once had liposuction but ended up feeling really embarrassed about it.

'I was with this guy and he was like "what are these scars?" and I was so embarrassed, I said, "It's from a hip replacement."'

Next up, Lily answered a question about how she and her now-husband, Stranger Things star David Harbour actually met, explaining it was 'in a dressed room area of a chat show.'

She then opened up about how she was finding married life, saying, 'You know, it's kind of fab. I can't complain. My husband is a delight and I'm feeling pretty good these days.'
