Remember when loads of celebs celebrated the end of lockdown last year by getting a fringe cut in? We coined it Fringe Season, and reported daily on the brow-skimming bangs popping up on our news feeds.

There was Taylor Swift's cute new cut, Alicia Keys' blunt-fringe transformation, Courteney Cox's '90s "Monica" fringe and Jennifer Lopez' stunning '70s-themed offering.

And it didn't end there, with the most recent fringe fabulousness coming from Kendall Jenner, who posed with long, flowing locks and a beautiful blunt micro-fringe for the cover of Vogue Hong Kong.

But the most notable micro-fringe moment we've ever reported on was Lily Allen's, which she teamed with a stunning vintage beehive in February this year. And just when we thought things couldn't get any more micro, we were wrong...

Lily posted a series of pictures on her Instagram Stories during a recent trip to the hairdressers, and her commitment to the mini-fringe has gone off the scale, people. The first few shots showed her gowned up in the chair ready for the chop, and then she unveiled the results and our jaws hit the floor.

We're talking the most micro of all micro-fringes we've ever seen and we couldn't LOVE it anymore!
