Soooo, Lili Reinhart cleeearly just won the award for most gorgeous golden hour selfie in a snap she posted to Instagram. In the picture she's wearing a cute 90s bandana, frilly white top with spaghetti straps, minimal makeup and, most notably, a mane of incredible blonde curls.
It's not the first time Lili has shared a glimpse of her naturally curly hair, revealing that while she tends to opt for a blown-out or straightened look for events, behind the scenes she's endowed with prettiest natural hair ever.
The curly selfie means Lili joins the ranks of various other celebrities who've shared how their natural curls look. Both Jesy Nelson and Jade Thirlwall have done the same this year, along with Emily Ratajkowski, Perrie Edwards, Selena Gomez and beyond.
The trend of showing off glorious bouncy curls and air-dried hair began way before various global lockdowns came into play. But it seems like the requirement to stay home throughout 2020-2o21 temped many celebrities (who otherwise spent their lives surrounded by glam teams wielding hairdryers and straighteners) into getting in touch with their natural sides again, and trusting their followers with insights into their everyday aesthetics.
Lili captioned the picture she shared (quite hilariously) as "*White Woman’s Instagram by Bo Burnham starts to play*" - a reference to the new Netflix special by Bo Burnham, which features a song satirising the aesthetics of many of our IG grid selfies. Classic Lil, keeping it real.
She looks incredible, no?
