Bottega Veneta kicks have truly gone into orbit this year.

The Italian label, which recently opened a new footwear atelier in Vigonza to expand the segment, has released an impressive selection of shoes over the past 12 months that have ended up on the feet of well-heeled A-listers. (Remember when Steve Harvey rocked the Ripley snake-print leather boots?) The latest celeb to step out in Bottega’s shoes is Lil Yachty.

The American rapper recently wore the label’s Orbit sneakers in an ad for C4 Energy. He paired the striking metallic kicks with an Arc’teryx jacket showcasing Lorenz.OG’s “patented color schemes,” a pair of camo shorts, and a vibrant beanie. The “One Night” singer signed a multiyear partnership with the drinks behemoth in late September and will serve as the face of C4 Ultimate.

Lil Yachty isn’t the only one in orbit over the Orbits, either. Buffalo Bills star Stefon Diggs and model Emily Ratajkowski both wore the sneakers on the streets a few weeks back, as reported by Highsnobiety. Hailey Bieber also teased the runners on Instagram a couple of months before their official release.

Launched in August, the lightweight unisex trainers perfectly balance form with function. Clearly inspired by the kicks of the ‘90s, the low-top sneakers feature a striking rhombus-shaped pattern and the Bottega Veneta name. The upper is made of a technical mesh that delivers both flexibility and breathability, while the soles are crafted from a hardwearing rubber.

The Orbit comes in several colorways, including black, Parakeet (green) and silver, Merlot (maroon) and silver, and white and silver. Lil Yachty and Bieber opted for the Parakeet version, while Ratajkowski went for the Merlot and Diggs the silver. Each pair is made in Italy and costs $990 a pop. The hard part will be picking your hue, though you could always take one of each.
