Gossip Girl’s Leighton Meester Gives Birth To A Baby Boy
Updated on 11/9/20: Leighton Meester and her OC actor husband Adam Brody have welcomed a baby boy.
Earlier this week, Brody appeared on the Twitch show The Fun Time Boys Game Night Spectacular and opened up about becoming a parent for the second time.
‘Adam, you have a new baby,’ one of the show’s participants noted during the programme.
‘I have a new – yeah, since last I played I have a new kid,’ the actor replied, adding ‘I have a boy and he's a dream, he's a dream boy.’
The actors are also parents to their four-year-old daughter, Arlo Day. The couple met on the set of 2011 film The Oranges and wed in 2014.
Rumours that the Gossip Girl star was pregnant again first came to light when she was photographed with what appeared to be a baby bump in Los Angeles back in April.

We've all seen the memes about people with unfortunately timed birthdays - those in March in April that have had to find ways to celebrate while confined to the couch or kitchen.
However, for Meester, she actually didn't seem to mind it too much.
The Gossip Girl star appeared in an Instagram Live earlier this week with her Single Parents co-star Kimrie Lewis-Davis, who asked how Meester spent her recent birthday (9th April), at which she turned 34-years-old, given the social distancing regulations at play.
'I went nowhere,' Meester explained, unsurprisingly. 'I got a Passover brisket and kugel delivered and coconut macarons and lots of soup. I had a cake as well, a chocolate three-grain cake. I ate it all, the whole thing. It was better than my midday cereal. It was very good and wonderful.'
Just how a birthday should be spent, we think. Plus the coconut macaron choice is very Blair Waldorf. Present wise, Meester said she was gifted the earrings she was wearing by her mother-in-law.
'I wore a sheet mask for, like, 10 minutes. I wanted to be with my family, which is all I could ask for,' the star said, alluding to spending quality time with her husband of six years Adam Brody and their daughter Arlo.
Meester and Brody are rumoured to be expecting their second child together, though the private couple have not confirmed the news publicly.
During the Instagram Live, Blair showcased another side reminiscent of her Gossip Girl character Blair, when she flagged a commenter who had trolled the star by reportedly calling her 'fat'.
'Somebody just told me I got fat—that's nice,' Meester said before singling out the user by their name and saying 'hi' to him, reports E!
