Leigh-Anne Pinnock shares the side effects of her pregnancy and ouch

·2-min read

It's a pretty well-known fact that pregnancy has many side effects, with just a few of the most common including vomiting, swelling, heartburn and sleep loss.

As well as often being an incredibly joyful time, growing a human of course has its challenges, and that rollercoaster ride has been perfectly summarised by Little Mix's Leigh-Anne Pinnock.

Leigh-Anne recently announced she and fiancé Andre Gray are expecting their first child, and now she's opening up about the highs and lows of being pregnant.

The singer posted a stunning bikini pic showing her growing bump while on a sunny holiday, and explained the tricky-sounding side effects she's experiencing.

"Hormones racing and feet are swollen af but counting my blessings everyday for the miracle growing inside me," she said.

Swollen feet are absolutely not the one, especially when you're a very busy pop star who has photoshoots, meetings and events to attend, but it seems from the photos and caption that Leigh-Anne is making time to relax and enjoy her pregnancy.

While we're here, let's go back and revisit Leigh-Anne's gorgeous pregnancy reveal. It would be rude not to really, wouldn't it?

Along with a series of beautiful pictures announcing her special news, Leigh-Anne wrote:"We've dreamed about this moment for so long and we can't believe the dream is finally coming true... we can't wait to meet you. ❤️😍."

We're sure Leigh-Anne will continue to update fans on her pregnancy and we hope those swollen feet don't give her too much bother in the meantime.

Oh and one last thing, we're obsessed with the story of how Jade Thirlwall helped to keep the pregnancies of Leigh-Anne and fellow bandmate Perrie Edwards a secret. Genius.
