If you've been lacking in hair inspiration lately, you need to stop what you're doing and immediately go and follow Little Mix's Leigh-Anne Pinnock on Instagram.

I like how I'm telling you to do something that 99.9% of you are already doing... but still.

Comfort zone? Leigh-Anne clearly does not know one, and instead tries everything from faux curly fringes, to chunky rope braids with the help of her hairstylist Stefan Bertin.

Leigh-Anne and Stefan have experimented with locs before. If you watched her perform and host MTV's EMAs you'll have seen the handmade "distressed" style created by Stefan.

For her latest look, Leigh-Anne teamed up with professional braider and crochet expert @momoshair to try butterfly locs.

The intricate style is created using a crochet needle so if you took that hobby up during lockdown you might be able to work the magic on yourself.

Although you're definitely going to needs lots of practice, patience and gel to get a look that's remotely similar to Leigh-Annes.

Leigh-Anne also switched her colour up, going from deep brunette to a warm caramel which really lights up her features.

Don't make me pick a favourite style out of this and the rope braids, I just can't do it. But I do know that I'm sure to see a lot more butterfly locs on my Instagram feed over the next few months.
