Leigh-Anne is already making time for self-care with her twins in tow
Earlier this week, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Andre Gray revealed they've become first-time parents and the Little Mix singer announced she had given birth to twins.
"We asked for a miracle, we were given two... 🖤 Our Cubbies are here 😍🖤16/08/21 🖤," Leigh-Anne wrote on Instagram. Bandmate Perrie Edwards, who announced her own child was born earlier this week, too, commented: "Two bundles of absolute joy! I love you my Lee Lee! ♥️" Perrie's child was born five days later than Leigh's, on 21 August.
Just over a week after welcoming her twins, Leigh is clearly making time for some much-needed self-care as she posted to Instagram about enjoying a pamper evening that doubled up as her first outing with her newborns.
"Mama had her first outing with the bubbas," she wrote along with a pic of her newly done hair.
It's lovely to see Leigh-Anne enjoying being out and about with her babies, especially as she's been so excited about becoming a mum since announcing her pregnancy.
The Little Mix star and Andre revealed their pregnancy to the world with a gorgeous photoshoot in May 2021.
Along with the pictures, Leigh-Anne wrote, "We've dreamed about this moment for so long and we can't believe the dream is finally coming true... we can't wait to meet you. ❤️😍."
Fans and friends alike flooded the announcement post with loving messages, including Little Mix bandmate Perrie Edwards, who wrote: "I can’t stop staring at these pictures. You’re a vision. Ily both so much! CONGRATULATIONS my beautiful sister! ♥️."
Two days before welcoming her twins, Leigh-Anne posted some images of herself looking stunning with her third trimester bump, and said it was "nearly time" for her pregnancy journey to be over.
"I have dreamt of the moment I get to meet you, hold you, guide you, teach you. It’s nearly time," she wrote.
We're sure Leigh is busy creating so many special memories with her twins, and of course making time for self-care. Being a new parent can be a challenging time so it's wonderful to see Leigh-Anne having a bit of a pamper. Now, Leigh, when can we expect more cute baby snaps, please?
