Lego launches £25 Harry Potter and Star Wars advent calendars

Advent calendars have come a long way over the past few years.
As well as food, drink and beauty options now available, Lego has released a new range of toy-filled advent calendars, which are bound to be a hit with both kids and adults alike.
We hazard a guess the most popular out of the four choices will be the new Harry Potter themed Christmas calendar, filled with 305 pieces, that showcases the annual festivities at Hogwarts.
As well as constructing seven mini versions of the series’ lead characters, including Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger and Albus Dumbledore, you’ll also be able to build a mini Hogwarts Express, Great Hall and each of the four crests that represent the Hogwarts houses.
The Stars Wars advent calendar is also set to be a hit.
The galactic treat, which features 280 pieces, makes up six minifigures, including Chewbacca, Luke Sywalker and Death Star Gunner. As well as 13 mini collectibles, including a First Order Star Destroyer, Kylo Ren's Shuttle and Stormtrooper blaster.
