You Will Need...

  • Lean beef mince, 150g

  • Chopped tomatoes, ¼ tin

  • Whole egg, beaten

  • Wholemeal breadcrumbs, ½ cup

  • Onion, ¼, finely chopped

  • Wholegrain mustard, 1tsp

  • Smoked paprika, ½tsp

Method

  1. Hungry? Your prep will fly by like a bat out of hell. Throw everything in a bowl with a crack of pepper and pinch of salt. Give it a good thrashing until combined.

  2. Grab the biggest mug you can find and spoon the beef mix into it. Squash it down firmly, the tighter the better. Puta saucer on top to keep the moisture in.

  3. Now blast it in the microwave for six minutes. Check halfway and add an extra couple of minutes if the meat isn’t fully cooked. Rock back to your desk and dig in.
