Kylie Minogue 'felt awful' as lawyers went after Kylie Jenner in Trademark battle
Kylie Minogue has shared how she felt awful battling Kylie Jenner for trademark of her name, because the lawyers apparently turned the drama into a really messy affair. The pop star's legal team successfully blocked Jenner from trademarking the name Kylie last year but Miogue was far from happy with some of the lawyer language used in the battle. She was particularly upset when they referred to her namesake as "a secondary reality television personality", something she would never say herself, as she points out, it’s really not very nice.
