Kylie Jenner is reportedly gearing up to release a swimwear line.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star filed trademark requests for “Kylie Swim” and “Kylie Swim by Kylie Jenner” at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office earlier this month, according to Page Six.
It would mark the Kylie Cosmetics billionaire mogul's first solo foray into the fashion industry, as she currently co-owns the Kendall + Kylie clothing brand, which launched in 2012, with sister Kendall Jenner.
According to the filing, any potential Kylie Swim and Kylie Swim by Kylie Jenner collections would include swimwear, beach cover-ups, headwear, tops, bottoms, footwear and robes, as well as accessories such as sunglasses, towels, outdoor blankets and beach bags.
The mother-of-one already has two hugely successful brands under her belt, with her make-up brand Kylie Cosmetics, which was launched in 2015, as well as Kylie Skin, which was released in 2019.
That same year, beauty conglomerate Coty Inc. purchased a 51 percent majority stake in Kylie Cosmetics for a whopping $600 million (£423 million), which valued her company at $1.2 billion (£846 million).
However, Kylie is no stranger to filing for trademarks to stop others from producing brands under the Kardashian/Jenner name, and she previously filed for "Kylie Body,” “Kylie Baby” and “Kylie Hair" in 2019.
