Well, if you’re trying to take a slightly healthier route post-Christmas, then you may feel like you have to deprive yourself of one of these delightful doughy treats. Well, guess what… you don’t!
Krispy Kreme has released a range of mini doughnuts, and they’re all 90 calories. So, you can still get the sugar hit you’ve been craving without feeling guilty (not that you should ever really feel guilty about having a little treat, right?)
The new range includes mini chocolate sprinkle doughnuts, mini strawberry sprinkle doughnuts and the mini glazed doughnut.
You’re get hold of a box of six for £5.95.
Dave Skena, chief marketing officer of Krispy Kreme, said in a statement. “Too many people bail on their New Year’s resolutions before they are even halfway through January. That’s no good.
“Sometimes a mini-indulgence, or cheat, is all you need to help you stick with it. So, we miniaturised our most popular doughnuts. A little Krispy Kreme goes a long way.”
Wouldn’t it be fun to wear these like rings and eat one off each of your fingers? Although, that would kind-of defeat the object of them having been introduced to help us lower our calorie intake…
