Can you believe that Easter is just two weeks away?! Despite experiencing the slowest year of our lives, it really feels like Easter has come around quick this week.

As if we’re not already wildly excited about all the delicious Easter foods we’ll be stuffing our faces with, Krispy Kreme has launched an Easter range, and the doughnuts look so, so good – especially the Cadbury Creme Egg-inspired one.

The Egg-Splosion doughnut is described as being “Kreme filled with a fondant yolk dipped in chocolate flavour coating and drizzled with white and yellow icing.”

We bet you want to know about the other Easter doughnuts now, don’t you? Well, there’s the Egg-Streme Berry Pop, which is made up of fruity raspberry filling, dipped in icing and decorated with popping candy. It’s “eggcellent” apparently.

Then the final doughnut from Krispy Kreme’s Easter range is the Cracking Honeycomb Crunch: a rich caramel centre, dipped in white chocolate favour coating and scattered with honeycomb pieces and caramel swirls.

You can order an Easter dozen for takeaway, click and collect or delivery. The dozen includes three of each of the Easter doughnuts, plus three Original Glazed Krispy Kremes.

You have to admit, these would make a great Easter dessert after you’ve eaten too much roast lamb and too many hot cross buns.
