It's been a busy few weeks for the Kardashian-Jenners with Kim's 40th birthday trip to a private island with her closest friends and family followed by Kendall's 25th birthday party at a Los Angeles hotel. But, unsurprisingly, both Keeping Up With The Kardashians stars have now been dragged on social media for hosting parties in the middle of a pandemic.
However, momager Kris Jenner has just come to Kendall's defence during an appearance on SiriusXM's Andy Cohen Live, saying she's "very sensitive to what's going on".
"We live our lives trying to be just really good people," she said. "We're dealing with lots of people that have different opinions, and all we can do is live our lives the best way we know how and be responsible and do the right thing, and we're doing that exactly."
Explaining the precautions Kendall and her guests took, she continued, "At Kendall's, everyone got tested before they walked in the door and they had to wait, you know, a half an hour until the testing was, the results were in. And everybody was tested before a few days before Halloween."

Kris explained that the family is getting tested regularly and will always get tested whenever they get together, no matter the size of the gathering.
She added, "We do what we can. We try to follow the rules and then if people are commenting or they're being critical, I can't control that."

"I am very sensitive to what's going on. Believe me," the momager went on. "We are very lucky to work in an industry where we get tested once or twice a week. I just got tested again. I was tested on Friday because of the network rules while we are filming as you know, so that's very strict."

Kendall's fancy dress party was attended by a whole host of big-name celebrities such as The Weeknd, Justin Bieber, Saweetie and Winnie Harlow. But fans on Twitter weren't happy about the lack of social distancing and the fact no one was wearing a mask.
They also spotted signs around the venue instructing people not to post about the party on social media - seemingly to keep the bash private. Of course that didn't stop many of the guests, including Kylie Jenner, posting numerous pictures and videos of the event which were quickly picked up on by unhappy fans.
Kris's birthday is coming up in two days so it will be interesting to see how she chooses to celebrate...
