Kourtney Kardashian says she wants to breastfeed Khloé Kardashian's baby
There's no denying that the Kardashian-Jenner sisters are close, but that didn't stop fans from feeling a little shocked when Kourtney Kardashian revealed she wants to breastfeed sister Khloé Kardashian's newborn son.
The moment happened during this week's finale episode of The Kardashians season two. After welcoming her second child via surrogate, Khloé introduces her baby boy to her family for the first time.
"When they open their mouths and just the way they smell…" Kourtney – who is a mum-of-three herself – said when meeting her nephew for the first time, adding: "I wish I could breastfeed you."
In response, Khloé laughed, but seemingly did not take up her sister's offer.
But this isn't the first time that breastfeeding has found itself at the centre of the Kardashian-Jenner's conversations. In a 2020 interview with POOSH, Khloé opened up about the difficulties she'd experienced whilst breastfeeding, compared to her older sister.
"You were always trying to help me and give me tips, and I was like, 'It's just not working!'" the Good American founder recalled. "I wanted to, like, strangle you. Your experience seemed so easy and it wasn't for me."
Khloé went on to say that breastfeeding "sucked" and that she "hated every minute of it."
"It was torture," she told her sister. "I always felt like I was never giving True enough food. I felt like she was always hungry." Eventually, Khloé opted to move to formula feeding, explaining that she then felt a huge weight off her shoulders and began enjoying her precious time with True.
Remember: whether or not you breastfeed your child is up to you, and there is no right or wrong way to feed your baby!
