Since filing for divorce from husband Kanye West, it's safe to say that Kim Kardashian has entered a new era of her life. Now, she's turned to sister Kourtney for advice on how to navigate the next chapter.

Speaking to HollywoodLife, a source close to the Kardashians revealed "Kim and Kanye have figured out how to co-exist as parents and she has really learned that from her sister Kourtney."

Kim and Kanye share four kids from their marriage, North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm. Similarly big sister Kourtney co-parents her three children (Mason, Penelope and Reign) with her ex of 10 years, Scott Disick.

"[Kim and Kourtney] have so many conversations because Scott and Kourtney had a rollercoaster relationship, but they have found a great way to co-parent," the source added, "Kim has really looked up to her sister and has taken advice and has incorporated it into her co-parenting relationship with Kanye."

The source continued: "[Because] Kim and Kanye have to be in each other’s lives forever one way or another, Kim feels it is best to be on the best of terms as possible and she works hard every day to make that the constant in her world."

Both Kim and Kanye have remained relatively tightlipped about their split since filing for divorce in February of this year. Speaking about the breakup on the Keeping Up With The Kardashians reunion special, Kim put things down to a "difference of opinion."

"She [Kim] knows she can’t move forward if there are still issues from the past, so working with Kanye is key to all future successes," the source concluded.
