Earlier this week, it was claimed Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are set to divorce after six years of marriage. While neither Kim or Kanye have commented on the reports, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is said to have hired celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser to represent her.

As well as the pair seemingly spending Christmas apart, fans also spotted Kim wasn't wearing her wedding band or engagement ring in the latest photo she uploaded to Instagram [January 5th]. This sparked a wave of reports suggesting it was a clear hint the couple's marriage is over.

However, Kim has now mysteriously deleted that photo from her Instagram grid. Not only that, the reality star was photographed wearing her wedding ring while out in Los Angeles on Monday. So, yeah, what does it all mean? Are they definitely headed for divorce? Did Kim just not like the pic?

Shedding some light on the split, a source told E! News, "Kanye is aware the marriage is over. It's upsetting to him. He loves Kim but they don't get along half of the time. He's truly in his own world and gets in the zone of focusing solely on his own projects."

They added, "It's really upsetting to both of them because they did try and make it work for a very long time."

As for why Kim reportedly hasn't filed for divorce yet, a second source told the publication she's still "figuring" things out.

"It's not about the marriage anymore, she'll always care for Kanye but it's over between them. Kim is only focused on what's best for the kids. It's a tough decision for her and she's figuring it out."

Whatever happens, we're wishing them both the best during such a tough time.
