Keeping Up With The Kardashians fans have watched Kim Kardashian go through highs and lows over the past few years, and they've also gained an insight into her relationships. For the uninitiated, here's a look at who she's dated (and married) over the years, starting two decades ago in 2000.
Kim Kardashian dating history
Damon Thomas, 2000 - 2003
A 19-year-old Kim married music producer Damon Thomas, who was 10 years older than her, in the year 2000. They were together for three years, with Kim accusing Damon of controlling behaviour in the divorce papers. Damon vehemently denies the claims.
Ray J, 2003 - 2006
While Kim was working as singer Brandy's stylist, she started dating her younger brother Ray J. The pair were together for three years until 2006, and a year after their split, a sex tape Kim Kardashian Superstar of the pair leaked online
Kim denied any involvement in the tape's distribution, and sued tape owners Vivid Entertainment. They apparently settled for $5 million (viaPeople.) Speaking about the tape during the KUWTK reunion with Andy Cohen in 2021, Kim admitted, "That is something that I have to live with for the rest of my life, but it’s something that’s being held over my head.
"I try not to have any regrets, but it’s probably the one thing I wish didn’t exist. If I could erase any of the stupid things that I’ve done in life, that’s probably it. And it’s more so from being a mum."
Nick Cannon, 2006 - 2007
Kim and TV presenter Nick dated for around a year, breaking up, in part, because of the sex tape's release.
In October 2021, Nick opened up about their relationship on Drink Champs podcast, saying, "I was really into her, I was vibing. She’s actually one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. But the fact that she lied and told me that there was no tape? And I still think she might have even had a part to play with [its release]."
Reggie Bush, 2007 - 2010
After being introduced by mutual friends, American football player Reggie and Kim started dating, just as Keeping Up With The Kardashians began to gain momentum. Their 2009 break up, followed by a reconciliation and eventual 2010 split, played out on the show.
Kris Humphries, 2010 - 2013
Kim and basketball player Kris met in October 2010, and got engaged seven months later. Their wedding in August 2011 was filmed for a two-part television special, and reportedly cost $10m. But it wasn't to be - after 72 days of marriage, Kim filed for divorce, and the separation was eventually finalised in June 2013.
Kanye West, 2012 - February 2021
Kim met Kanye West while filming KUWTK, but at first the pair were just friends. Following her split from Kris, Kim started dating Ye in 2012. A year later in June 2013 baby North was born and a year after that Kim and Kanye tied the knot in a luxurious ceremony in 16th-century Fort di Belvedere in Florence, Italy.
Kimye welcomed three more children together; Chicago, Saint and Psalm and went through countless dramas over the years, from feuds with Taylor Swift to some weird and wonderful Instagram posts. After six years of marriage the couple announced they were filing for divorce in February 2021.
Van Jones, June 2021
In the summer of 2021, an unlikely pairing emerged: CCN presenter Van Jones and a recently divorced Kim Kardashian, thanks to the 53-year-old helping with her law degree.
During a chat with Andy Cohen, Kim denied the claims, explaining, "No, I'm not dating [Van]. Van texted me and was like, 'This rumour has got me so many dates and I'm so grateful, So I owe you'."
He later told Page Six, "I never made any comments about the rumours of me and Kim Kardashian dating as I found it absurd. It was flattering for me, but it probably wasn't flattering for her."
Pete Davidson, October 2021 and beyond
It all started in October 2021 when Kim hosted Saturday Night Live alongside the comedian. Romance speculation started when reports suggested they were "texting", and only ramped up more when he was spotted with a hickey on his neck.
Since then, the pair have been photographed holding hands, referenced each other in public interviews and even gone on holiday together to the Bahamas. Wow.
