She may only be seven years-old, but North West is already well on her way to becoming an icon in her own right – whether she's helping to custom-design SKIMS for her pet lizard, Speed, or creating artwork that's so good, her mum, Kim Kardashian-West, has to defend it from the haters/doubters, North is always ahead of the curve.
Same goes in the style stakes too (c'mon, what other infant school-aged kid do you know with that many pairs of Yeezy's?). As well as mixing it up on the fashion front, we've also already seen North rock a tonne of different hairstyles in her seven years, from various beautiful braids, to space buns – and now, she's had another major hair transformation. One that officially makes her 100% twinning with Kim.
Posting a snap of North on her Instagram account, Kim showed off her daughter's newly straightened hair with mini 90s-inspired bunches, complete with two tendrils framing her face. The 'do is serving us all the nostalgia, it's serving us Spice Girls realness and we LOVE IT. Kim captioned the shot "My pretty girl". ❤️
Oh, and if you're thinking... hang on a sec, that style looks a bit familiar (for non-popstar-related reasons), then you would be correct! As it's a lewk Kim herself has been sporting recently too, meaning the mother-daughter duo are now certified twinning. Too cute/we love to see it!
When Kim opted for mini bunches back in January, she also paid homage to the 90s in her caption (and via her outfit), simply writing 'Baby Spice' along with her picture, in which she's wearing a boob tube and denim mini skirt. BRB suddenly in the mood to listen to 'Wannabe'!
Back to the important matter at hand though, North's new look – Kim's hairdresser Chris Appleton (who styled Dua Lipa for the recent GRAMMYs) commented giving his official seal of approval too, writing: "Omg so cuteeee". Auntie Kourtney also popped by in the comments to write "Mine!" and the photo has already garnered over 3.3 million likes.
We love it, Northie – can't wait to see what's next!
