Today in weird news, the video for Kanye West and Tyga's never-released song Feel Me has been posted to Instagram by it's director, Eli Russell Linnetz, and the final scene shows Kim Kardashian symbolically 'giving birth' to Kylie Jenner. Which isn't something you see every day.
Kylie and Kim both have bikini-clad cameos in the video for Feel Me, a song by Tyga and Kanye West was written in 2017 when Kylie and Tyga were together, but never released. On Wednesday this week, the director Eli Russell Linnetz posted the video to Instagram telling followers, "i directed this three years ago. no ones ever seen it before. #feelme".
The video features Kylie, made to look like a giant with cropped bleached hair in white underwear following a monster truck around a racetrack. Later in the video Kim appears a another giant, dressed in a black thong and bra with bleach blonde shoulder length hair.
The final scene of the video shows Kim sitting with her legs open as Kylie walks out from between them, as though Kim is giving birth to Kylie. The not-so-subtle symbolism suggests that Kylie's rise to fame is all thanks to her older sister. Something that director Linnetz confirmed to E! News yesterday after releasing the video.
Linnetz, who also directed the videos for Kanye's songs Famous and Fade, spoke about the final scene of the video, saying, "It features Kylie coming out of Kim's vagina. The metaphorical meaning being that there would be no Kylie without Kim."
The Kardashian family rose to fame in Keeping up with the Kardashians, a show which began - in part - due to the fame Kim found from her friendship with Paris Hilton. But since then the Kardashians have all gone on to own different businesses of their own.
The video is likely to cause a bit of a stir, but let's be honest, only in the world of Kardashian level fame can a music video of a grown woman giving birth to another grown woman be just another Wednesday.
