Unlike his sisters, Rob Kardashian has kept a relatively low profile over the last few years since stepping back from Keeping Up With The Kardashians. But, speaking on Sunday's (June 20) reunion episode of the show, Khloe gave fans a rare update on what her brother is up to.

"I know Rob is feeling really good about himself right now and he's working really hard on himself," Khloe told reunion host Andy Cohen. "He needed a break."

Speaking of Rob's split from Blac Chyna, who he dated from 2016 to 2017 and shares daughter Dream, Andy questioned the Kardashian-Jenners on how the pair co-parent. "It must be hard co-parenting for him with someone who's suing his entire family," the host asked.

Andy is referring to the lawsuit (which was first launched in October 2017) in which Chyna claims the Kardashians defamed her and broke the law by interfering with her "highly lucrative contract" with E! Network/NBC Universal for Keeping Up With The Kardashian's spin-off, Rob & Chyna. The show was cancelled after one season.

In 2017, ET reported that Rob, Kris, and Kim requested for dismissal of the suit by noting that, even if the facts alleged in the suit were true, the suit has no legal basis. The family claimed Chyna's arguments that they painted her in a "false light" or that they have committed libel are untrue, adding that they have not published any false statements about Chyna that were defamatory.

Anyway, in response to Andy's question, Khloe said, "I'm sure it is, but we could only imagine how hard that is. I know he feels really guilty about that, so none of us ever make him feel bad about it."

The conversation quickly moved onto Rob's current dating life, and when asked about whether Rob was back on the dating scene, Khloe replied with a simple "yes".

Much like his personal life, Khloe explained that Rob chooses to keep his relationships out of the spotlight due to past experiences. "It's a lot of how he felt internally about some of the women in his life and how they treated him or how he felt they might have used him to get to certain areas or levels."

"I think that really affected him, 'cause my brother is such a lover and has the most incredible heart and personality," Khloe revealed. Andy suggested Khloe set her brother up with BFF Malika Haqq, but Kim let slip the pair had "been there done that."

"They've hooked up before," Khloe admitted, but didn't give anymore details.

Anyone else wondering how they managed to keep that one secret?
