Khloé Kardashian has addressed the fact Tristan Thompson fathered a third child, with a subtle Instagram caption.

Last month, basketball player Tristan made headlines when personal trainer Maralee Nichols alleged she had given birth to his child, after getting pregnant while he was in a relationship with Keeping Up With The Kardashian's Khloé.

A month later, Tristan took to Instagram Stories on 4 January to confirm: "Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son."

He continued, "I sincerely apologise to everyone I've hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately."

In a second slide, he added, "Khloé, you don't deserve this. You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don't deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so incredibly sorry."

Now, almost three weeks later, Khloé has addressed the paternity test drama for the first time. Along with a series of photos sitting in a car, wearing a taupe Skims two-piece with over-the-knee boots, the 37-year-old simply wrote, "Betrayal rarely comes from your enemies."

Ouch.

Tristan is now father to five-year-old son Prince with ex Jordan Craig, three-year-old daughter True and now a newborn son, who Maralee welcomed on 1 December.
