Kevin Spacey to 'voluntarily' appear in UK court

The 62-year-old Oscar winner faces charges of four counts of sexual assault, which involved three different men in the United Kingdom, including “one charge of causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent”. Deadline reports Spacey has "voluntarily" agreed to appear in court in the United Kingdom. Early on May 31, representatives for Spacey released a statement to 'Good Morning America'. The statement shows Spacey as "confident" that he will be proven innocent. Following an investigation by the Crown Prosecution Service.
