As alleged 'Yellowstone' drama continues to play out and Costner's role within the show reportedly remains uncertain, the 68-year-old actor has landed himself a new series. He will host and executive produce a show for the History Channel called 'Kevin Costner's The West'. Historian Doris Kearns Goodwin will executive produce as well. The docuseries will be eight episodes and explore aspects of the "Wild West". "This particular West project is significant for me as it marks a return to The History Channel, the home of my first foray into television with the 'Hatfields & McCoys,'"
