Kelsey McEwen is getting real about going back to work after her maternity leave.

The Canadian CTV "Your Morning" Meteorologist took to Instagram on Friday to share a video reflecting on the end of her parental leave.

The post featured a compilation of clips of McEwen and her one-year-old daughter, Charlotte, having a laugh at mealtimes and cuddling up on the couch. In the caption, the mother-of-three revealed that although there have been "sleepless nights" and "endless worries," her time off has been filled with love.

"There have been sleepless nights, adventure filled days, endless worries and exciting new firsts. And there has been so much laughter, and so much love," she captioned the post. "It’s a wild ride being a mom of three, making sure there is enough of me to go around, with a little left over for myself at the end of the day."

"A very wise friend said to me once, "Kels, there is no balance. It’s just about being there, 100%, wherever you are." And so I take this energy into our newest chapter, as I head back to work on Monday," she continued. "Time to trade these yoga pants in for something a lil more profesh, dust off the ol’ forecasting books & give another part of my brain some well needed exercise."

McEwen concluded the video by saying, "I’ll miss seeing my lil goobers in the morning, but it feels so good to be heading back to the studio. I hope they are proud of their mama!"

McEwen's followers were quick to comment on the video and wished her well during her next stage of motherhood.

"Looking forward to you being back on my TV in the mornings. Thank you for sharing your family with us. Those kids are lucky to have such a wonderful mama," commented a fan.

"Good luck on your return to TV! Go easy on yourself. Coming home to those three faces will be your greatest reward," encouraged another.

"There’s no doubt they’re proud of you. Congrats on this next chapter," said another follower.

"I look forward to seeing you on air again Monday morning! Being a mom, working or not, is hard, and wonderful. You'll make it work for you!" someone else added. "Love your refreshing honesty about the reality of life."
