Osbourne announced her pregnancy in May and is awaiting the birth of her first child with Slipknot DJ Sid Wilson.
"What a difference a year can make. If you would have told me 365 days ago that I would be sober, happy, and about to be a mumma I would have laughed in your face," Osbourne wrote.
She added: "Life is truly amazing when you do the work. Thank you to everyone that has supported me on this journey. I love you all so much."
Wilson was among those to congratulate her on her achievement, sharing numerous heart emojis in a comment on Osbourne's post.
Osbourne has managed her year of sobriety after conquering a relapse of her alcohol addiction, which happened in April 2021 after she had previously held out for almost four years.
In a podcast discussion, the star explained that she initially had just one glass of champagne occasionally, but that she was soon drinking three bottles and two dozen alcopops per day.
Osbourne has previously explained that her alcohol and drug addiction began at the age of just 13 when she was prescribed opioid pain medication after a tonsillectomy.
She said: "I went from having every voice in my head being like: 'You're fat, you're ugly, you're not good enough, no one likes you, you don't deserve this, people only like you because of who your parents are'.
"And then all of a sudden, every single voice was silenced and it felt like life gave me a hug."
Several members of Osbourne's family have faced battles with addiction, with dad Ozzy battling alcohol addiction in recent years and brother Jack marking 18 years sober in 2021.
